A new year means a new group of dedicated volunteer leaders are taking the reins at CREB^®.

December sales eased, however, slowing sales over the second half of 2022 were not enough to offset earlier gains as sales reached a record high of 29,672 units in 2022.

Now is the time clients begin to plan, source and get excited about new home projects. The Calgary Renovation Show is a great place to start. 

Members will receive their CREB^® and CREA annual dues statement in the next few weeks.

Thank you to everyone who participated in this year’s CREB^® REALTOR^® Community Foundation online silent auction. This year we were able to raise $7,638.66!

The CREB^® Inquiry Committee has been renamed and re-envisioned as the Professional Standards Assurance Team (PSAT). The PSAT will incorporate different opportunities to promote REALTOR^® best practices via CREB^®’s Administrative Justice Process.
