In last week’s CREB® Chat, I discussed how our bylaws establish the Board of Directors' role as the organization's stewards on behalf of its members. 

The regularly scheduled March 28 board of directors meeting came shortly after the March 15 Special General Meeting, which provided some time to think about the historic decision members made. 

Nominations are open for our 2023 CREB® Board of Directors By-Election until April 20 at 4 p.m.

CREB®’s Board of Directors By-Election is just around the corner.

The upcoming by-election is a great opportunity to review how our association works. In fact, how we operate is based on legislated requirements and a proven governance framework.

The CREB® Board of Directors has terminated the Directorship of Jason Bamlett, based on breaches of the Director’s Code of Conduct. This decision is effective immediately.

Before you vote, familiarize yourself with the most up-to-date information, including answers to all your frequently asked questions.

You know by now that on March 15 at 2 p.m., CREB® will convene a Special General Meeting (SGM), which will be held in-person and virtually at the Winsport Arena - Markin MacPhail Centre (151 Canada Olympic Rd SW). 

If you plan to participate in voting, here’s what to expect on voting day.
