We need your input to help shape CREB^®’s strategy and future priorities.

CREB^® continues to collaborate with the other Alberta boards and associations to discuss the harmonized practice and MLS^® listing rules to consider amendments that work toward improving the professionalism of Alberta REALTORS^®.

The year ended with 1,322 sales in December, a three per cent decline over last year, but nearly 20 per cent higher than long-term trends. 

The Practice Governance Standing Committee (PGSC) has been actively reviewing feedback on CREB^® Rules to maintain the high professional standards CREB^® REALTORS^® are known for.

Our Professional Standards Assurance Team (PSAT) has been busy in 2024, and we are still taking applications from CREB^® members to be part of our administrative justice investigation and hearing panels in 2025.

As we transition into winter, Calgary's housing market is following typical seasonal trends, with activity slowing compared to the fall.

Many of you have become aware of a post that appeared on the Facebook group “Calgary Realtors Uncensored but Still Civil”.  The message appeared anonymously on Saturday Nov.16, alleging the misappropriation of members’ funds.
