CREB^®’s Leadership Circle can take you to the next level. This exclusive, innovative one-year program is designed to develop effective leadership skills. 

Led by executive expert Pete Baran, participants will learn leadership and management skills built from the ground up for real estate professionals. 

Whether you already manage people and feel there must be more to it than just fighting fires or you want to strengthen and expand your toolkit, this opportunity is for you! Learn more about how to grow as a leader in your business, with your clients, and in your industry.

You will learn:

• Better tools and strategies to work with and manage people.
• Deeper insight into your own business and motivations.
• How leadership skills can improve your personal and professional life.
• When and how to leverage: leadership, management, coaching, training and mentoring.
• How to develop a purpose beyond the bottom line.

How it works:

The program is comprised of two groups (9 a.m. to noon and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.) of 10 participants each, meeting on a monthly basis. The small group format helps ensure interaction, shared learning and open participation. 

Cost: $95 (plus GST) per month for 12 consecutive months. A total financial commitment of $1,140 (plus GST).
