Heads up! Your email might be mistaking messages from Matrix™ as spam.
For the past two to three years, email messages from Matrix™ have been sent to members through the address postmaster@matrixemailer.com. Due to and update, email messages will now be sent to members from Matrix™ through reb@matrixemailer.com.
What this means:
- Members need to add reb@matrixemailer.com to their email filters, allowing incoming email to be received from reb@matrixemailer.com.
- By adding the new address, you will avoid important messages lost or redirected to your spam folder.
- Each email provider works differently. To update your account search through your settings options looking for headings such as spam, filters and blocked addresses.
