With over 30,000 logins in the last six months, CREB®Maps is unquestionably one of our most valued real estate tools for members—and we’ve made it even better.
If you haven’t already started using this technology, explore the new updates today. You’ll experience first-hand why member usage is up 31 per cent from December.
Permit data
With just a few clicks, you can access a property’s permit history through the full report. As a result of CREB®’s hard work to strengthen its partnership with the City of Calgary, CREB®Maps is able to provide permit data to members from 2006 onward. Click here for an example.
Heat maps
Heat maps provide a convenient visual barometer for various statistics to help inform real estate decisions. Members can explore six different statistical categories:
- Benchmark price;
- Median price;
- Average sold price;
