SentriAid was developed to help members adapt to the new SentriLock system. The program features the latest lockbox news, updates and advice, all hosted on a refreshed SentriLock Hub.

Visit the hub every Tuesday to find new weekly KMS tips created from questions submitted directly from members. These helpful nuggets will help you maximize your lockbox technology—just look for the banner below on the SentriLock Hub home page.

You can also keep an eye out for out our bi-weekly CREB^®Talk features, which will discuss the most important topics highlighted by members, such as lockbox safety, cold-weather operation and SentriSmart™ secrets.

We’re going to kick things off this week with some guidance on one-day codes.

What are one day codes?

One day codes are time-bound codes that allow non-board members access to a property, including REALTORS^® from other boards.

How do I use them?

Check out this video from SentriLock that shows how to create, send and use one day codes. Please note that they are not to be used in lieu of your own SentriCard™ or SentriSmart™ app.

One day codes on pending and exclusive listings

If you need a one-day code for a listing isn’t in the MLS^® System yet, or is exclusive, log into the SentriLock REALTOR^® website. On the left-side of the menu you will see “Add a Listing." Select and fill out the four highlighted fields. Once you add the listing address, you can now assign the lockbox to it.
