To qualify, nominees must be involved in CREB^® committees (or committees within other real estate boards and associations) and actively contribute to the greater community through volunteerism and charity.

Created in memory of Thomas William Henry Saunders, the award lives on to inspire REALTORS^® to be the best they can be both professionally and in their community.
