Learn to lead for free

By CREB®

It takes a lot of great qualities to become a successful leader. Let us take you there with our new Leadership 200 and 300 courses.

Until now, Leadership 200 and 300 courses were only offered by CREA. However, CREB® has taken over these beneficial sessions and they will now be hosted in our building, instructed by our qualified instructors, at no cost to members.

These courses will accelerate your leadership development by giving you the proper tools and techniques to help you see the big picture in effective leading.

Leadership 200: Becoming a leader

Whether you’ve considered a volunteer leadership role or experienced one already as a committee member, you will find clarity and value in this program.

Topics in the course include: leadership development, relationship management and governance.

Note: You must complete Leadership 100 before you take Leadership 200. Leadership 100 is facilitated through CREA.

Leadership 300: Enhancing leadership skills

This course will strengthen your executive leadership skills, so you may be more successful in areas like chairing meetings, answering tough questions and strategic planning.

Topics in the course include: conflict resolution strategies, meeting management and leadership challenges.

Note: You must complete Leadership 100 and Leadership 200 before you can take Leadership 300.

Courses run on Aug. 17, Sept. 6 or Oct. 3.
