Keep getting CREB® mandatory training reminders in your inbox, even though you believe you’ve finished your requirements? Double-check your completion status in your CREB®Link profile to be sure.
Email reminders are only sent to those listed in our system as incomplete. If you believe you’re on the mailing list by mistake, here’s how you can double-check.
1. Login in to the CREB®Link homepage.
2. In the top-right corner, navigate into your CREB® profile.
3. Once inside your profile, you’ll find the mandatory training heading on the far right. Click into there.
4. Your first and last name will appear, as well as your status (circled), which will be listed as complete or incomplete.
If your status is listed as incomplete, but you believe you have fully navigated the entire online program, please call our Help Desk at 403-781-1379 or email helpdesk@creb.ca.
If your status is incomplete because you haven’t actually started, head over to CREB®Link to get the job done. Here you will find the link to launch training and instructions on how to operate the web-based program. The course is short and most should be able to cover it in less than two hours.
