Just like famous TV chef Gordon Ramsay and his culinary master-class for aspiring foodies, we too are preparing to turn members into SentriLock experts with specialized training from CREB^®. 

We’ve brought back our popular in-class SentriLock courses to help your team maximize one of the most important tools in real estate. Associates can go one-on-one with one of our certified trainers to get the personalized help they need to properly operate the lockbox system.

Associates will learn to unleash the full potential of SentriLock’s SentriSmart™ app on their Apple or Android devices. 

Training takes them on a tour of the app, focusing on essential features and functions, like:

• Opening the key compartment;
• No key found errors;
• Message centre;
• One day codes;
• Access log; 
• Assign or remove a property;
• Shackle release; and
• Lockbox ownership using the app.

The course will also go over the most frequently asked questions about the SentriLock system with an eye on all the little details—all in under three hours.

SentriSmart™ sessions run weekly from now until the end of September and are free-of-charge.

Each session has limited capacity, so make sure your associates register as soon as possible (all June Apple sessions are already full).
