Don't you hate it when you fill out a survey and nothing comes from the results? Luckily, that's not how we operate here at CREB®—we prefer to take action.
A good example is the survey we sent to brokers a few weeks back, which asked for their feedback on how they manage terminations. The response rate provided us with a quality sample, and through analyzing the results we discovered that the majority of respondents believe terminations should not be processed at CREB®.
As such, effective March 15, CREB® will no longer process listing termination forms.
Here's what this means for brokers and associates:
- Brokers will continue to have administrative privilege, which means they will still have the ability to process terminations within Matrix™;
- Associates must connect with their broker, or broker designate, to have a listing terminated;
- Termination paperwork is no longer required to be sent to CREB®— brokers should keep this information on file at their brokerage; and
- If a termination is sent to CREB® by an associate, they will be directed back to their brokerage to be processed.
