Do you know how terms like deferred maintenance, recapture rate and conformity impact property value? If not, you’ll want to join REALTip informant and property guru, Greg Macdonald, as he explains the ins and outs of residential valuation.
Participants of this free Wise Wednesday session will learn:
- How to enhance CMAs by focusing on factors such as location, condition, lot area and more;
- The dangers of valuation through price by square foot;
- The tools of the appraiser trade; and
- How appraisers solve valuation challenges.
