For many residential and commercial real estate brokers, serving as the intermediary in the sale of a business can take their own business to the next level. The IBBA offers you the supplementary skills and expertise you need to create the right conditions for your sale. 

This year’s event will run Oct. 16 to Oct. 19 in Ottawa. It will cover IBBA Core Courses 210, 220 and 221 in a cost-effective, intensive format. Classes are tailored for business brokers to learn how to recast financial statements and properly price a business to close more deals. They are also required for those who are interested in completing their Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) designation.
