Two new highly demanded features are now available for CREB® members: Touch ID and facial recognition, and an updated Agent Safety system.
Touch ID and facial recognition
Android and iPhone users of SentriSmart® will now have the ability to set up Touch ID and Facial Recognition to quickly and easily access your most used functions. You are able to use the new recognition feature in place of your PIN to help you be more efficient.
Agent Safety
When using SentriSmart™ to open a Lockbox the Agent Safety Feature will launch. This feature will automatically alert your designated emergency contacts when you do not or cannot confirm you are safe.
To enable Agent Safety in the app, follow these simple steps:
- Open the SentriSmart™ app.
- In the app, select the Settings tab.
- Scroll down and select Agent Safety.
- Enter your 4-digin PIN and select Agent Safety Settings.
- Select + (net to Safety Notification Contacts) and select yes to allow access to your contacts.
- Select at least one contact from your list.
- Select Enable Automated Safety Check.
