About our strategic plan
2017 was the last year of a strategic cycle for CREB® and January 2018 saw the launch of our new 2018-2020 Strategic Plan.
What’s new in 2018-2020?
- A mission and vision statement that reinforce our focus on members and their needs; and
- Five priorities that guide effective decision-making and investments.
This wheel provides easy reference on our five new organizational priorities: members, people, internal systems, financial and stakeholders.
Our priorities define our future focus, how we craft our business plans, lay the foundation for our budget and inform future progress reports to you, our members.
