User interface

Prospects 3.0 has a redesigned interface that includes:

• A new login screen;
• Updated navigation menu for enhanced user experience;
• Notification badges to see new leads;
• An improved listings search; and
• New photo gallery for listing detail sheet. 

Dashboard

Stay organized with the new dashboard, where you can:

• View what you have planned for the day;
• Manage follow-ups with important clients;
• Easily access your listings and monitor sales goals; and
• Configure HotSheets to see new listings, price reductions and sold.

Virtual assistant

With virtual assistant, you can accurately follow-up with your contacts, accept or reject new leads, efficiently schedule appointments, start action pans and send emails. 

Team management

Teamwork makes the dream work. Team management allows members to share their contacts and calendars with one another, plus assign activities and appointments to different teammates. 

With this feature, you can also manage the permissions of each person on your team. An assigned team leader can decide who can delete, edit and sync contacts, as well as who can view and edit activities.

Contact management

The contact interface allows users to:

• Send texts directly from the contacts profile;
• Keep a history of what has been done for clients;
• Add as many contact phone numbers as needed; and
• Choose which columns you see in contact list mode.

Sync with Prospects Mobile

Now, you can sync your contacts and notes with Prospects Mobile. Notes added in Prospects Mobile or Prospects Web will sync with one another. You can also access to your contacts whether you’re in the office or on the run with “instant sync”.
