RECA's REP 2018 Commercial/Property Management course provides personalized, face-to-face, peer learning with an experienced instructor that you won't find online. The best part? Attendees will be certified by end of day – no test!

This one-day course covers real estate investment analysis and will review topics such as:

• Commercial real estate assets and markets;
• Risk and return;
• Types of investors;
• The capital stack;
• Leases; and
• Pro forma statements.

Please note, if you wish to remain licensed to trade in commercial real estate and/or property management, or if you are a broker or associate broker, you must complete this course (in class or online) prior to Sept. 30. 

Associates who no longer want to remain authorized for commercial real estate or property management do not need to complete this course. Following the next renewal period (September 2018) they will no longer be licensed in those areas of practice.
