We take member satisfaction seriously and actively employ your feedback to continuously improve. On Jan. 7, 2020 when you receive your member satisfaction survey, we ask you to share so that we can listen and act.  

The survey will be distributed by Framework Partners and will give members a chance to provide feedback on a variety of topics. As an added incentive, those who complete the survey in full will be entered to win over 500 prizes.

In keeping with our strategic priority to drive responsible cost management, all prizes not provided by CREB^® directly will be sourced through our RBC AVION relationship.

A link to the survey will be sent to your CREB^® affiliated email address by Framework Partners on Jan. 7, 2020. The deadline to complete the survey and be eligible for the prize draw is Jan. 24, 2020.
