Government of Alberta announcement (Dec. 8, 2020)

Please note, on the afternoon of Dec. 8 the Government of Alberta announced the implementation of further public health measures to help slow the spread of COVID-19 in our province. 

CREB^® will be sending a follow-up communication to members on this announcement.

COVID-19 disclosure forms for REALTORS^®

The COVID-19 disclosure forms for REALTORS^® were last updated on Nov. 12, 2020 and are now available on CREB^®Link. The updates were made as a result of the amount of time that has passed since COVID-19 began and the Border Testing Project.

Please ensure you download the latest forms from CREB^®Link and dispose of any old versions of these forms that you have printed or saved to your computer.

REALTOR^® and Family Assistance Program

This past year has brought on many challenges, and having a strong support system can help make a positive difference.

The REALTOR^® and Family Assistance Program (RFAP) is a free, confidential and anonymous program available to Alberta REALTORS^® and their family members.

RFAP offers counselling and support related to a wide variety of issues including depression and anxiety, stress management, grief and bereavement, work and family balance, parenting, gambling, substance use and work-related problems. Once signed up, you can also access a wide range of COVID-19 support videos and resources right at your fingertips online.
