Dec. 15 Update

By CREB®

This week's bulletin includes information from the Government of Alberta’s Dec. 8 COVID-19 announcement and support resources from Alberta Health Services.

Government of Alberta’s COVID-19 announcement (Dec. 8)

In step with Alberta’s latest public health recommendations, CREB® will continue to do its part to hold the line on aggressive COVID-19 restrictions over the holiday season.

As we’ve said in previous messages, our common goal and top priority is to protect the health and safety of our staff and members. This is the baseline from which all other decisions are made.

We’re following the situation closely and adapting our strategy to manage as quickly as we can to align with expectations for business operations.

A message was shared with all members last week following the Dec. 8 announcement. Please click here to read it.

Open houses and showings

The temporary ban on open houses remains in place for the time being and showings must continue to be conducted by appointment only and limited to two family-unit members at a time.

Mandatory face masks

Masks are also now officially mandatory for all indoor workplaces. We urge members to review the COVID-19 hub on CREB®Link to learn more about how to reduce your risk and encourage everyone to wear a face covering and/or mask in all interactions with the public.

CREB® building access

To align with public health requirements, starting Dec. 13 for the next four weeks, we will only have a limited number of staff working from the CREB® building.

Access to the Member Services Centre will continue by appointment only. To learn more and book an appointment, please call 403-781-5454.
