Avoiding Common Complications in Closing

This half-day course is designed to provide practical information and tools for you to use in your everyday practice, including recommended clauses to use when defects are identified in a property inspection.

You’ll cover common pitfalls associated with four distinct topic areas:

  2. RPRs – the benefits of being pro-active rather than reactive.
  3. Incapacitated sellers/Estate sales.
  4. Possession day/walk-through complications and defect remediation clauses.
