Key survey findings will be presented to Pillar 9™ to help guide meaningful change that will improve the MLS® System for all Pillar 9™ members.

How do I complete the survey?
To complete the survey, check your inbox for a reminder email from Framework that contains a unique and confidential link. If you didn't receive an email from Framework or you misplaced it, please contact alec.milne@framework-research.com.
About the Pillar 9™ member survey
After migrating to the new single-point provincial MLS® System, we received a lot of member response and vowed to not rest until we got it right. This survey was designed to get both qualitative and quantitative feedback from CREB® members on the new MLS® System.
In order to get it right, it is imperative that Pillar 9™ receives feedback not only from CREB® members, but also from all Alberta REALTORS® who use their system. To capture this information, Framework also sent a similar survey to all other Pillar 9™ subscribers just after CREB®’s survey went live.
