April 6 update

By CREB®

This week’s update includes information on CREB®’s re-entry plan and an update to Alberta’s COVID-19 vaccine rollout.

CREB®’s re-entry plan

CREB® has been carefully planning our re-entry strategy in alignment with the Government of Alberta’s Path Forward, and we are pleased to share key details with our members.

CREB®'s COVID-19 Operational Response Plan

Our roadmap closely aligns with the Government of Alberta's staged approach to re-opening and allows us to respond and adapt to changing government restrictions and recommendations.

Delivering the best possible service without compromising the safety and well-being of our staff and members continues to guide our next steps.

Given the fluidity of the situation, there are no dates associated with each step. Instead, the plan addresses what may be considered or may be possible in future states (Step 3 & Step 4).

As the province moves through its next steps, any changes to this plan will be posted to CREB®Link’s COVID-19 hub and shared in the weekly COVID-19 update on CREB®Talk. When changes are made, appropriate time will be given to ensure a safe and orderly transition back into the CREB® building.

Please remember to remain vigilant so we can all stay safe and see each other soon.

DYK

Did you know: CREB® has safety protocols we ask you to follow before you enter the building?

All members and staff must ask themselves the questions in the self-screening assessment before entering the building. Anyone exhibiting symptoms of illness or anyone who is visibly ill will be asked to leave the building.

Phase 2B vaccine appointments now available through AHS

As part of Phase 2B of Alberta’s vaccine rollout, anyone born in 1963 or earlier with eligible health conditions can now book appointments with Alberta Health Services (AHS) online or by calling 811. Appointments are also available through participating pharmacies.

Additional birth years for Albertans with underlying health conditions will be added in the coming days, based on vaccine supply.

By April 23, all Albertans born in 2005 or earlier with eligible high-risk underlying health conditions will be able to book an appointment through pharmacies and AHS.
