CREB^® and Pillar 9™ are excited to announce SentriKey Showing Service^® by SentriLock as our new showing request management tool.

The transition to SentriKey Showing Service^® was recommended to the board of directors by a cross-board task force after a comprehensive review of leading providers. SentriKey^® offers enhanced functionality, a streamlined scheduling process and active technical support. 

Like ShowingTime™, SentriKey Showing Service^® will be integrated into the Matrix™ MLS^® System, so members can conveniently schedule and co-ordinate showings online. The system will have intuitive and familiar features, along with added advantages to efficiently support showing requests for members. For CREB^® members, this includes integration with our SentriLock-provided lockbox system.

We are targeting mid-November for the launch of the new showing service system. The launch date will be shared once it is confirmed.

Resources and training

Training will be provided by SentriKey Showing Service^® online in advance of the transition. More information on training dates and options will be shared in the fall.

Once the system has launched, training resources, including instructional videos, will be available for members to reference within the live site.

Please note that a parallel mode, where ShowingTime™ and SentriKey Showing Service^® would be functioning simultaneously, is not possible for this transition.
