The announcement to retire CREB^®’s Listing Fee was made earlier this year and a number of options for the future of CREB^®’s products, services and support offerings are being considered. As part of our member engagement process, we are collecting feedback about CREB^®’s service offerings through a satisfaction survey.

In the One Alberta Membership Survey, members clearly indicated the cost of membership and the quality of services provided are both equally important. Results from this new survey will ensure our REALTOR^® members have the tools and support they need to be successful and, ultimately, improve cost certainty.
