A message from Pillar 9™ - Thank you to all the Pillar 9™ members that have provided feedback and ideas for improvement since the SentriKey Showing Service^® launch on Nov. 22.

Your feedback and concerns have been documented, submitted, and reviewed by SentriKey^®.

We want to recognize that the introduction of the product did not go as we had anticipated. Pillar 9™ has been working daily with the SentriKey^® management and development teams on behalf of our partners CREB^®, CARA^® and LDAR^® to determine the scope and time needed to complete additional development to meet the requirements of members. 

Next steps

Pillar 9™, on behalf of CREB^®, CARA^® and LDAR^®, will continue to work closely with SentriKey^® in the coming weeks and months on enhanced system features and overall service improvements. During this development period, SentriKey^® will turn off its service on Dec. 17, to then be turned on again in 2022 when development work has been completed.

ShowingTime™ and Touchbase^®

ShowingTime™ and Touchbase^® will continue to be available to you as your showing service while SentriKey^® development work is underway.

Member testing groups in Q1

When the SentriKey^® system is ready, Pillar 9™ will work with CREB^®, CARA^® and LDAR^® to create member engagement groups that will test and validate the tool before its re-release. If you would like to be a part of these beta testing groups in 2022, please send an email to communications@pillarnine.com.
