REALTOR^® of the Year nominations must be received by March 1, 2021.

We are looking for CREB^® REALTORS^® who:

• Embody high standards of character and integrity, both within the membership and the broader community;
• Are actively involved in charitable work and volunteerism in their community;
• Have experience at the board or committee level with CREB^® or other real estate boards or associations, such as AREA, REIX and RECA; and
• Have been CREB^® members for at least five continuous years.

Thomas William Henry Saunders

Thomas William Henry Saunders (1903 -1977), known to all as simply "Bill," was an outstanding CREB^® member who inspired many with his professional excellence and contributions to the community. After his passing, the board of directors created an award in his memory to continue inspiring real estate professionals to be the best they can be, giving back to both the industry and the greater community.
