myProptery and Development Map

Date: Thursday, March 4   |   Time: 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.

The City is working on online enhancements to help people connect with development in their communities. The Development Map allows citizens to comment on applications and understand the changes that occur in communities. Another tool that is available is the myProperty map which identifies historical permit and assessment content. With the changes due to COVID-19, The City has been given the opportunity to provide more content online through their open data sources. Join this session for an overview of what these tools currently provide, what changes are coming and open up a discussion to find out what Realtors would be looking for in these tools.

Course takeaways:

  • Understand the City's tools: myProperty and Development Map;
  • Gain knowledge of other open data tools for access to information; and
  • Provide feedback for the City to improve these tools to meet your needs.
