The Government of Alberta has confirmed that current public health measures will remain in place at least until Jan. 21.
Health officials continue to actively evaluate the situation and will adjust measures if required.
We continue to stay connected to our industry partners and advocate for local real estate, which has remained an essential service through this challenging stretch of time.
The temporary ban on open houses also remains in place for the time being and showings must continue to be conducted by appointment only and limited to two family-unit members at a time.
Our business operations at CREB® will also remain status quo. This means having a limited number of staff working from the office building and access to the Member Services Centre by appointment only. To learn more and book an appointment, please call 403-781-5454.
As a reminder, masks are mandatory for all indoor workplaces. We urge members to review the COVID-19 hub on CREB®Link to learn more about how to reduce your risk and encourage everyone to wear a face covering and/or mask in all interactions with the public.
We will continue to follow this situation closely and look to provide updates as they become available. We anticipate being able to provide another update in a couple weeks when the province revisits its next major timeline.
CREB® is closely monitoring news regarding COVID-19 and is committed to providing our members with the most up-to-date and relevant information.
To access additional information and resources for REALTORS®, please visit the COVID-19 hub on CREB®Link.
