Since our last update in May, the ShowingTime™ task force has continued to make progress in their quest to find a new showing service provider for our members.

Last month, Pillar 9™, the task force team and the supporting boards completed a review of select showing solutions. Since then, they have moved ahead with the next phase of showing system reviews.

This next phase of reviews includes demonstrations to staff and approximately 70 members from three boards in Alberta.

The two showing system providers that will be continuing to our review and demonstration process are SentriLock’s SentriKey Showing Service^® and BrokerBay - Showing Management.

These system demonstrations are scheduled to take place this week and a final recommendation for our new showing service provider will be shared in mid-June.

We will continue to provide updates as this work moves forward and new information becomes available.
