Please be advised that CREA and AREA annual dues are to be paid by noon on Wednesday, March 31. 

These dues are separate from your CREB^® annual dues and cover the membership period from Jan. 1 to Dec. 31. The breakdown of these dues is as follows: 

CREA Annual Dues – $310+tax 
AREA Annual Dues – $375+tax 

CREB^® annual dues for 2021 are $603.45 and were due on Friday, Feb. 26.

To avoid penalties, please submit payment by Wednesday, March 31 at noon.

• The My Account portal on CREB^®Link;
• Internet or telephone banking;
• Cheque payment to CREB^®; or
• In person, by appointment at CREB^®.

Consequence of non-payment
Please note that non-payment affects your membership and access to the MLS^® System. If payment for CREB^®, CREA and AREA annual dues is not received by Wednesday, March 31 at noon, a $50 fine will be levied and your board services will be suspended.

Further to this, if your annual dues aren’t paid by April 15, your board membership is terminated as per CREB^® policy. A $300 re-entry fee then applies to members wishing to re-join.
