The Legacy Grant is our signature funding stream designed to support the creation of new housing and shelter options for those who need it most.

Now more than ever, the Legacy Grant will help make a measurable difference in our communities.

Canadian registered non-profits can apply for a Legacy Grant until May 21 and successful applicants will be notified by June 30.

If you know a non-profit that works to create new housing options, please share that our grant application is now open and they could be eligible for funding.

About CREB^® REALTOR^® Community Foundation's grant streams

The Legacy Grant is one of three grant streams the Foundation unveiled in 2020 as part of a new funding framework designed to create new housing, keep people housed and improve housing quality. The other two streams, the Community Grant and Transformation Grant, will start accepting applications in September.
