The Alberta Real Estate Association (AREA) is conducting an online survey to better understand members’ preferences when it comes to reporting conditionally sold properties, in particular, pending status business rules.

We encourage all CREB^® members to participate in this short five-minute questionnaire that was emailed to your inbox earlier this week.

Your answers will guide future recommendations for rule changes regarding provincial best practice standards when representing buyers and sellers. Based on the feedback, the Rules Change Management Group (CMG) will move forward in making recommendations for provincial rule changes, which will be presented to the Boards/Associations for review and approval.

To thank you for your time, all respondents will be entered into a draw to win one of three cash prizes of $250.
