Since our last update on April 13, the ShowingTime™ task force has made considerable progress and we are one step closer to finding a new showing service provider for our members.

Last month, Pillar 9™ formed a cross-board task force to aid in service selection. The task force helped to define must-have showing service functionality and reviewed potential solutions with the objective of creating a short list of solution providers.

Pillar 9™ and the task force team have now completed a review of select showing solutions. As the next step, the top two solutions will be selected by mid-May and demos will be presented to member groups in late May. A final recommendation for our new showing service provider will be shared in early June.

The selection process will require input from many sides, which will be collected during the top two demos with members groups. Beta testing will also be an option once the final solution is selected. 

If you expressed an interest in testing earlier this year, we have your contact information ready to go. Testing is a ways out, but you can expect to receive an invitation to participate in member demos.
