The SentriKey Showing Service® will launch for all members on Nov. 22.
Here are the key things you need to know to ensure a smooth transition to the new showing service tool:
- ShowingTime™ will continue to be used to book showings until Nov. 21.
- SentriKey will be used to book showings beginning Nov. 22.
- Access to ShowingTime™ will be available until Nov. 30 although no new showings can be booked after Nov. 21.
Current showings
Any showings scheduled up to and including Nov. 21 and to occur Nov. 22 and beyond will not be migrated to SentriKey. Members have the flexibility of managing those showings through ShowingTime™ or rescheduling them through SentriKey.
In the rare circumstance a showing is requested prior to Nov. 22 and scheduled to take place after Nov. 30, it must be rescheduled through SentriKey. ShowingTime™ will no longer be available after Nov. 30.
Historical data
ShowingTime™ has committed to provide all historical data the day after migration. Upon receipt, Pillar 9™ in partnership with SentriLock will upload that historical data to SentriKey.
Training and resources
Live training sessions will be provided by SentriLock online via Zoom. These 1-hour training sessions will be offered every Tuesday and Thursday at 9 a.m. and 1 p.m., with registration opening today.
