Are you interested in learning more about commercial real estate or looking for a refresher on a specific commercial topic?

This Commercial Fundamentals Certificate Program includes five courses and covers key aspects of commercial real estate. You can take each course individually or complete all five to receive your CREB^® Commercial Certificate of completion.

Commercial Fundamentals Certificate Program

The CREB^® commercial certificate includes the following five commercial courses:

• April 25 – Investment Analysis;
• May 16 – Retail & Office Leasing;
• June 2 – Taxation & Finance;
• Sept. 28 – Industrial Real Estate; and
• Dec. 5 – Land Use & Development.

The cost of each course is $99 + GST for CREB^® members and the classes take place at the CREB^® building. 

Please remember, you must be licensed in commercial to trade in commercial real estate, however, you do not need to be licensed to attend these courses.

These courses can also be used as part of your application to the Canadian Commercial Network or can be taken as stand alone learning opportunities. 

Please note: registration is currently open for Investment Analysis, Retail & Office Leasing and Taxation & Finance. Registration for Industrial Real Estate and Land Use & Development will open later this year.
