To ensure CREB® members have the best user experience, SentriLock is recommending users update their devices with the latest version of the SentriKey® Real Estate app.
Users can update their smartphones through either the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. The SentriKey® Real Estate Mobile App is not compatible with Windows Mobile or Blackberry operating systems.
For iPhone users, the minimum system requirement is Apple iOS 13, while Android users will need to ensure their smartphone is running Android 10.
SentriLock also recommends ensuring devices are updated with the latest operating system. Members can simplify their SentriLock experience by enabling automatic updates to their smartphones.
Note: Certain firewall systems and network configurations can prevent communication with the SentriLock system. Reconfiguration of services or network settings may be necessary on the users end.
