Dues and fees

By CREB®
When you renew your CREB® membership, you get access to another year of exclusive member products, services and benefits to support your real estate career.

Annual dues cover the membership period from Jan. 1 to Dec. 31, 2022.

CREB® dues and fees

Members will be invoiced $603.45 for CREB®'s annual dues in the next few weeks, with the full amount due Monday, Feb. 28 at noon.

There is no increase to CREB® dues for the 2022 membership cycle ($603.45). However, our fee structure will look slightly different in 2022, as the $25 listing fee is being retired.

CREA® and AREA dues and fees

CREB® also collects dues on behalf of CREA and AREA. These dues will be invoiced in February and are due Thursday, March 31 at noon.

In 2022, AREA is reducing annual dues by $50 for all members. AREA 2022 dues are now $341.25. CREA dues will remain the same at $325.50.

For questions about AREA’s dues, please contact AREA at communications@albertarealtor.ca

Payment options

There are several payment options, including:

  • Auto-pay, the easiest way to ensure your dues are paid in full by the deadline using a credit card or chequing account.
  • Through your My Account profile on CREB®Link.
  • Over the phone at 403-263-0530 or in-person at the Member Services Centre at CREB®.

For more information on the 2022 annual dues structure, visit CREB®Link or view the brochure.

And don't forget, members who purchase a ticket for the CREB® Forecast by Jan. 18 will be entered into a draw to win FREE 2022 CREB® member annual dues!
