Certified Condominium Specialist (3 Day) – Classroom
This CCS -day (in-class) course will cover aspects of buying and selling re-sale, conversion and new condominium sales.
It is an accredited course, once completed you will be a “Certified Condominium Specialist”, and receive a certificate and logos.
This online course takes up to 3 - 4 hours to complete and can be taken into small chunks as necessary.
If you have already completed the Condo Basics course in class, you may be qualified for an exemption. Please contact training@creb.ca for more information.
PREREQUISITE: Mandatory completion of the eLearning Condo Basics course is required before day 1 of the CCS course.

Country Residential Basics – Webinar
