Diversity, equity, inclusion and anti-racism (DEIA) is a strategic theme outlined in CREB®’s 2022-2025 Strategic Plan and preliminary work has started to advance this strategic priority.
To ensure all members feel welcomed and respected in our diverse organization, CREB® has engaged Lunaria Solutions, a Canadian DEIA consultant, to review our current practices and provide recommendations. The first step in Lunaria’s work is to collect member demographic data and lived member experiences through a CREB® member DEIA survey.
This survey was shared with all members on July 26 and will be open until Monday, Aug. 15.
Survey results will help us better understand our members and their experience with DEIA at CREB® and in the real estate industry, which will also support our future programs and initiatives.
