Our digital advertising campaign is live on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) and targets consumers who are looking online to buy or sell their home. The ads are geared towards millennials, who represent the largest group of first-time homebuyers and sellers that are beginning their home search online.
Based on market research identifying the top ranked valuable services provided by REALTORS® to consumers, we have developed ads that showcase how using a real estate professional will improve the home buying and selling process. Each ad in the campaign addresses why there is value in using a REALTOR® over self-serve options to buy or sell a home.
