You will receive an email from CREA about signing up for REALTOR.ca SSO on Aug. 30, but you won’t be able to set up your account until Sept. 5.
Starting Sept. 12, you will be forced to set up your new credentials when accessing any CREA products. Continue to use your old login credentials until Sept. 26 when the new login experience is fully launched.
Note, after REALTOR.ca SSO is fully launched, users will need to re-authenticate when moving from Matrix/OnePlatform or CREBLink into a CREA service due to the security requirements of the new product. CREA will be working to provide Boards and Associations options in the future to securely eliminate the re-authentication.
