On Feb. 1, CREB® will be launching a new tech helpline service to provide a convenient and efficient way for members to get help with any technology-related issues.
The tech helpline service can assist with a wide range of technology-related issues, including slow computers, virus and spyware removal, printer setup, smartphone recommendations, and much more. The analysts at Tech Helpline can even remotely connect to your computer and fix any issues you may be experiencing.
The tech helpline service will be available Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. and on Saturdays from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Mountain Time.
Members can contact the helpline by telephone, email, or via live chat. The contact phone number, email, and other information will be available on Feb. 1.
In addition to the phone and live chat options, members can also download the Tech Helpline mobile app, which is available in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. This app allows members to access the helpline service from anywhere, at any time.
One of the best parts about the tech helpline service is that it is included as a member benefit and there are no surprise charges or invoices. Members can make unlimited calls and ask as many questions as they need, without worrying about any additional costs.
We hope that this new tech helpline service will be a valuable resource for our members and make it easier to navigate any technology-related challenges.
