CREB® Member Practice had scheduled a quarterly audit for commercial listings after identifying some confusion around which commercial properties should be listed as “for sale” or “for lease.” However, as our ongoing commitment is to provide tools, resources and assistance to support our members, we find this time optimal to collect your feedback for commercial offerings instead of auditing.
We will continue to review all issues reported to Member Practice on a case-by-case basis and offer help to adjust listings or practices to align with the expectations of the CREB® Rules.
