We don’t need to be good at everything, we just need to be great at one thing – serving our members. This simple but powerful theme emerged at CREB®’s strategic refresh this Spring.
It’s also the singular priority that our new strategic plan will work to achieve. We will make it happen in three ways by working to enhance, promote and protect CREB® members, sharpening our focus on key areas where we know CREB® members want us to pinpoint our efforts and deliver exceptional value.
This includes value in the form of a focus on member prosperity, enhanced tools and technology, as well as advocacy and collaboration across organized real estate, to name a few.
In each year of our strategic plan, CREB®'s board of directors and staff leadership team come together to review plan progress, refresh our environmental scan, and determine whether changes to our strategy are required to better respond to our environment.
The new strategic plan builds on our organizational strengths and core capabilities, with all new mission and vision statements to reflect our updated focus and direction:
Our Mission: To be the essential support resource for a diverse community of CREB® members.
Our Vision: CREB® is a community of passionate, prosperous professionals adapting to industry changes and setting the standard for excellence in real estate.
