With this vacancy, the board calls a Director By-election to take place electronically from 4 p.m. on May 3, 2023 to 4 p.m. on May 4, 2023. Watch for more details on nominations opening at 9 a.m. on April 13, 2023 and closing at 4 p.m. on April 20, 2023. The term of office for the candidate declared elected will commence immediately and end on December 31, 2025.
