To ensure CREB® members are aligned with the MLS® System Listing Rules, and maintain data integrity on Pillar 9™, CREB® Member Practice will once again be running quarterly compliance audits.
The 2023 audits will focus on a different compliance requirement each quarter throughout the year:
- Multimedia Links
- Commercial Transaction Type/ Real Property confirmation
- RMS Supplements and Total Above Grade
- Lot Size on Conventional Condo
Our first audit this year will be for multimedia links and we will be providing more details over the coming weeks.
