How to register to vote
You can register to vote in-person or online until the end of the day on Tuesday, March 14 on CREB®Link.
On the day of the meeting (March 15), you will be able to register to vote by visiting the SGM website.
Members who did not pre-register will receive their voting credentials either when they check in at Winsport or join the Zoom meeting in progress. If you do not receive your credentials, please use the Zoom chat to let us know, or visit the help booths on either side of the stage.

10-minute voting
We are hearing member concerns about the 10-minute voting period at the SGM.
Please know the decision is being structured this way to align with governing legislation, the Cooperatives Act (Alberta), and CREB®'s bylaws, which require special resolutions be made at a Special General Meeting of CREB® members, which requires voting of the members participating in the meeting.
Based on legal advice and through our own governance experience, we believe 10 minutes is adequate time for members to cast their votes.
Chair Christian Twomey will monitor the voting and will extend the time as needed. A two-thirds majority (67%) of the voting membership is required for the resolution to pass.

Things to remember
- For members attending in person, please remember to bring your phone or preferred device, so you can participate in the voting part of the meeting.
- Your login credentials for ElectionBuddy will be emailed to you on Wednesday morning.
- There will be free parking.
- There will be free Wi-Fi.
