RECA is seeking your feedback on proposed changes to Part 1 of the Real Estate Act Rules, specifically related to RECA's licensing framework and certain notification processes.
These Rules primarily deal with RECA's licensing framework and notifying RECA of certain events. Further consultations on the rest of the Rules will begin in the coming months.
How can you contribute?
All licensees will soon receive an email from communications@reca.ca containing a survey link. This survey will cover proposed changes to Rules 2-40 and an additional question regarding incentives. Your input is invaluable in this process. If, for any reason, you do not receive the survey email, reach out to consultation@reca.ca.
